The salesmen (Pat and William) were excellent. An unexpected incident prevented Pat, the original salesman, from keeping his 1pm appointment with me. He contacted William who did a fantastic job of explaining the entire closing process. He got even better when he got into the car with me and patiently guided me thru the vehicle's mechanical and electronic functions. What really impressed me is that neither of them rushed thru the process and patiently answered my questions without showing anything but patience. It really is a great feeling to not feel rushed or treated as an obstacle to doing something more important. When you meet this kind of sales staff it is an easy decision to come back for all your transportation needs. Thank you for making this experience a 5 star pleasure.

Great car buying experience (and I have had many years of buying cars). Debra was wonderful and knowledgeable. Terrific dealership. Only problem after buying the car is that they didn't tighten the wires on the battery electrodes during the certification process and the car dies twice before I discovered the problem. Quickly fixed and everything else was fine

After a few months of working w/ Will Hawkins & the team @Burdick Lexus, I finally pulled the trigger on an IS-250 & I'm pleased to have done so.
